The sound is quite good; you don't hear people talking around you, but you can hear loud environmental noises (personally that doesn't bother me). You can turn up the volume if needed. There's an instruction manual for quick setup in several languages. Setup is simple, pairing is quick and problem-free with my Samsung phone. Of course, you can't use them in crowds or public transport as it becomes difficult to hear, but these earbuds aren't designed for those conditions. Being a glasses wearer who can't tolerate in-ear earbuds, I'm very satisfied with these. They're lightweight, fit well without squeezing, don't interfere with glasses or earrings, and even after long periods there's no pain. As for the price of 16.99... as light as the earbuds themselves.
